With over eighteen years of experience in the healthcare field, I have directly observed the evolution of the main metabolic challenges affecting contemporary populations: insulin resistance, persistent overweight, dysbiosis, intestinal inflammation, and fatty liver associated with metabolic dysfunction.
My work is grounded in a clear principle: these conditions cannot be effectively addressed through generic recommendations. They require a personalized nutritional strategy, structured and monitored over time.
I hold two Master’s Degrees: one in Pharmacy and one in Human Nutrition and Food Science. I have passed the respective State Examinations that qualified me to practice as a Pharmacist and as a Registered Nutrition Biologist. I have also completed a University Master’s Degree in Neuroscience, Mindfulness, and Contemplative Practices, as well as the CSI/SNPT Personal Trainer Diploma, recognized by CONI and the Italian Ministry of the Interior and valid throughout Europe.
I coordinate a team that also includes medical professionals and other nutrition specialists.
Today, I operate in the role of Lifestyle Coach, with an approach that integrates nutrition, behavioral awareness, and the strategic management of habits, since nutrition, thought patterns, and emotional responses represent constant stimuli capable of influencing the body’s biological adaptation mechanisms.
The program I design is based on a rigorous principle: every dietary choice is a biological signal. Each meal activates biochemical and hormonal responses that, over time, can modulate gene expression through epigenetic mechanisms without altering DNA sequence. The repetition of these signals can either sustain or reduce low-grade inflammation, influence insulin sensitivity, and impact the regulation of hunger, energy levels,
and body composition.
For this reason, the work does not consist of a standard diet, but of building a nutritional strategy tailored to the individual situation and progressively adjusted based on concrete elements such as weight trends, perceived energy quality, the evolution of intestinal symptoms, and markers related to hepatic steatosis.
An effective nutritional program requires time. The minimum duration is generally three months, a period necessary to observe tangible changes and consolidate new behavioral and metabolic patterns. The objective is to establish solid and measurable foundations, not temporary or superficial interventions.
